Capital loan to start a company from Simply Office s.r.o.
Have you decided to establish a limited liability company and do not know how much capital to choose?
The company’s share capital is now set by law at a minimum of CZK 1, and the maximum amount is not limited. The amount of capital from CZK 1 to CZK 20,000 does not need to be deposited into a bank account, higher capital already does.
How to determine the optimal amount of share capital?
Opinions on this issue differ, but in general it can be said that an amount is needed that will cover all initial expenses with a margin, and will also appear serious in the eyes of investors or banks. The value of the share capital will also vary according to the size and subject of the business or the number of partners. If you provide services, the start-up costs of the business will be lower than in the case of a manufacturing company. From a business point of view, but mainly from a psychological point of view, the minimum amount of capital appears frivolous, so you lose credibility points in the eyes of business partners.
If you do not have the required amount of share capital, we will be happy to lend it to you and establish the company with our share capital. With our share capital, it is only possible to establish a company with one managing director and one partner. If you need a foundation with several partners, we will set an individual price for the executive. The establishment service with our capital includes a basic capital of up to CZK 200,000. If you require a higher share capital, this is possible for an additional fee of CZK 3,000 without VAT for every CZK 200,000 of share capital started.
How does such capital lending take place?
Step 1.: We will establish your company as our manager and partner, open a bank account and fully repay the share capital from our resources, establish trades and register the company in the commercial register.
Step 2.: After registration in the commercial register, we will transfer this company to you, make any changes to the charter and enter everything in the commercial register by direct entry.
The price of capital lending: The establishment service with our capital includes capital up to CZK 200,000. If you require a higher share capital, this is possible for an additional fee of CZK 3,000 without VAT for every CZK 200,000 of share capital started.
