GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)​
The purpose of this Personal Data Processing Policy for Simply Office s.r.o. customers according to the GDPR issued by Simply Office s.r.o., IČO: 24299987, Prague 1, Rybná 716/24, 110 00, is to provide information about what personal data Simply Office s.r.o. (as an administrator) processes natural persons when providing services and when visiting websites operated by Simply Office s.r.o. and contacts with potential customers, for what purposes and for how long Simply Office s.r.o. these personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, to whom and for what reason it is possible to transfer them, and also to inform about the rights of natural persons in connection with the processing of their personal data. These Principles relate to the processing of personal data of Simply Office s.r.o. customers and their representatives or contact persons, users of Simply Office s.r.o. services, those interested in services and visitors to websites operated by the company, always to the extent of personal data corresponding to their position in relation to the company. This Policy is effective data from 25/05/2018 and is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data (“regulation” or “GDPR”) in order to ensure the information obligation of Simply Office s.r.o. as administrator according to Article 13 GDPR.
Personal data is any information that relates to a natural person that Simply Office s.r.o. is able to identify. In connection with the provision of services, Simply Office s.r.o. may process the following personal data. Such data are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. These are in particular:
  • academic title
  • name and surname
  • birth surname
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number
  • citizenship
  • social security number (if assigned)
  • birthdate
  • permanent address
  • billing/correspondence address
  • the numbers of the submitted identification documents and their copies (all data that are not required for the provision of the service are blacked out on the copies of the documents)
  • identification data of the client’s representative or contact person designated by the client
  • signature

2. Purposes, legal reasons and periods of personal data processing

The scope of personal data processed by Simply Office s.r.o. is limited exclusively to personal data necessary for the performance of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations. The provision of personal data necessary for the performance of the contract, the fulfillment of legal obligations of Simply Office s.r.o. and the protection of the legitimate interests of Simply Office s.r.o. is mandatory. Without providing personal data for these purposes, it would not be possible to provide services. We do not need consent to process personal data for these purposes. Processing for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations cannot be refused. For customers of Simply Office s.r.o. services, Simply Office s.r.o. is entitled, if they have fulfilled all their obligations towards it, to process their basic personal, identification, contact data, service data and data from their communication with Simply Office in the customer database s.r.o. for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the last contract with Simply Office s.r.o. For debtors, Simply Office s.r.o. retains personal data related to the debt for a period of 10 years after the debtor is deleted from the Register of the SOLUS association, due to the legitimate interest in defending claims related to the transfer of the debtor to the Register of the SOLUS association.

4. Cookies

We perceive the use of cookies to measure website traffic, affilaite and customize website display as our legitimate interest as an administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services. This setting can be considered as consent to the processing of personal data. The website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. According to the regulation, from May 25, 2018, the data subject will have the following rights if he is an identifiable natural person for Simply Office s.r.o. and proves his identity to Simply Office s.r.o.:
